Terms of Use

1. The agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and Telluric Solutions Ltd. (Gizu 38, Gizu, Israel, company number 517365748), the operator of Manatu at https://manatu.contact. By creating an account or using Manatu you accept them, together with the Acceptable Use Policy and the Privacy Notice. If you use Manatu for an organization, you accept them for that organization and confirm you may do so.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Manatu.

2. The service

Manatu lets people send feedback (tickets, comments, votes, screenshots, recordings and optional debug data) to apps, and lets the teams behind those apps ("app owners") triage it, publish a roadmap and changelog, and connect AI agents through our API and MCP server. It is available on the web, as an embeddable widget and as a Chrome extension.

3. Your account

• Give a real email address and keep your sign-in details secret. Turning on two-factor authentication is strongly recommended, and some apps require it for their team.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account and its API keys. Tell us at support@telluric.solutions if you think your account was compromised.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account privacy page.

4. Acceptable use

Follow the Acceptable Use Policy. In short: nothing illegal, harmful, abusive or deceptive, no attacks on the service, and no sharing of other people's personal data without a right to do so.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you submit ("your content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, transmit and display your content only as needed to run Manatu for you and for the apps you send it to, including making it available to their teams and their agents, and keeping backups. The license ends when the content is deleted from our systems and backups, except where the content was already shared with an app owner who keeps it under its own responsibility.

You confirm you have the right to submit your content, and that it does not infringe anyone's rights. Do not include passwords, payment card data, health data or other sensitive data in tickets, attachments or debug data.

Feedback about Manatu itself may be used by us freely to improve the service.

6. App owners

If you create an app on Manatu, you also agree that:

• you are the controller of the personal data of your end users that you collect through Manatu, and we process it on your behalf and on your instructions as described in the Privacy Notice. A data processing agreement is available on request at privacy@telluric.solutions;
• you have a lawful basis for that processing, and you tell your end users about it in your own privacy notice (including that you use Manatu and any AI agents you connect);
• when you use single sign-on, you only send us the data needed to identify your users, and you keep your widget secret confidential;
• you are responsible for your team members, the boards, invite codes and permissions you set, and for answering your end users' privacy requests (we will help);
• you are responsible for the AI agents you connect, the AI providers they use, and what they post on your behalf.

7. API, MCP and agents

API keys and agent keys are personal to the account or agent they were created for. Keep them secret and revoke them when no longer needed. Respect the documented rate limits (for example 120 requests per minute per key), scopes and agent budgets; budgets set by an app owner limit agent activity and may pause an agent. We may change or retire API features with reasonable notice when possible, and may suspend keys that endanger the service.

8. Fees

Manatu is currently offered without charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will show the price and payment terms before you are charged, and nothing will be billed without your agreement. Prices are shown without VAT, which is added where it applies. Card payments are processed by our payment provider, Tranzila; we do not receive or store your full card number. Payments are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or we agree otherwise in writing.

9. Availability and changes

We work to keep Manatu available and secure, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, add or remove features. If we decide to stop offering Manatu, we will tell you at least 60 days in advance so you can export your data.

10. No warranty

To the extent the law allows, Manatu is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for all claims relating to Manatu is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or ILS 100 if you use a free plan. These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

To the extent the law allows, you must notify us of a claim relating to Manatu within 6 months after you became aware of the events it is based on; otherwise we are not liable for it.

12. Indemnity

If you use Manatu for an organization or as an app owner, you will compensate us for third-party claims caused by your content, your end users' data that you send us, your agents, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Manatu and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts, apps or keys that break these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or that put the service or others at risk. Unless the risk is urgent or the law prevents it, we will tell you first and give you 14 days to fix the problem or export your data. Sections 5, 10, 11, 12, 14 and 15 survive termination.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and disputes will be decided exclusively by the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Jaffa, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to sue elsewhere.

15. Changes and contact

This is version 2026-10-12, effective 2026-10-12. If we change these Terms materially, we will tell you by email or in Manatu at least 30 days before the change takes effect, and update the version and the date. If you keep using Manatu after that, the new Terms apply; if you do not agree, you can delete your account before then. Questions: support@telluric.solutions.
