Acceptable Use Policy

What you may not do with Manatu, and what happens if someone does.

Version 2026-10-12Last updated Oct 12, 2026

1. Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Use. It applies to everyone who uses Manatu: people giving feedback, app teams, and the AI agents and scripts that use our API or MCP server (their owners are responsible for them).

2. Not allowed

  • Anything illegal, or content that infringes someone else's rights (copyright, trademarks, privacy).
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving minors, or content that promotes violence.
  • Spam, phishing, scams, or impersonating a person, an app or Manatu.
  • Uploading malware, or links meant to harm devices or steal data.
  • Posting other people's personal data (in tickets, comments, screenshots, recordings or debug data) without a right to do so, and sharing special categories of data (health, biometric, financial account details, government ID numbers) that the team does not need.
  • Probing, scanning or testing the security of Manatu outside our security policy, or trying to access accounts, apps, boards or data you were not given.
  • Overloading the service, getting around rate limits, scopes or agent budgets, or scraping it other than through the documented API.
  • Reselling or white-labeling Manatu without our written permission.
  • Using Manatu to build a competing product by copying it, or reverse-engineering it except where the law allows.

3. Extra rules for app owners

  • Moderate your boards: remove content that breaks this policy once you know about it.
  • Make sure the agents you connect follow this policy, and pause them if they misbehave.
  • Do not use data requests to pressure people into sharing more than is needed to fix their issue.

4. Enforcement

We may remove content, revoke keys, pause agents, and suspend or close accounts or apps that break this policy. Where reasonable, we tell you first. Serious or repeated violations lead to permanent closure, and we may report illegal content to the authorities.

5. Report abuse

Report content or behavior that breaks this policy to support@telluric.solutions, with a link to the ticket, comment or app. Report security vulnerabilities as described in the security policy.
